If you are dieting, measure the amount. A healthy meal. If your diet allows, add some grated cheese when serving. Or serve Cincinnatti style with spaghetti.
1 lb. Extra lean ground beef
1 cup Chopped onion
3 (14.5 oz) cans Diced tomatoes, undrained
1 (14.5 oz) can Tomato sauce
1 (14.5 oz) can Great northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 oz) can Red kidney bean, rinsed and drained
1 (14.5 oz) can Corn, drained
2 tbsp. Chili powder
1 tbsp. Cumin
1 cup Salsa
Brown ground beef and onion in a skillet until cooked through, drain and pour into a crockpot. Dump rest of ingredients in crockpot, stir. Cook on low for 8 hours.
Nutritional information per serving (serves 8): 324 calories, 10g fat (25% calories from fat), 19g protein, 45g carbohydrate, 29mg cholesterol, 593mg sodium and 10.4g fiber.

This is a quick and easy meal for fall and winter. It is not my favorite dish, but it is good and fast! I will keep it in my Autumn/Thanksgiving Season Cookbook.

You could serve over corn chips and have frito pie
