| 2 cups | Plain yogurt |
| 1 cup | Seasoned bread crumbs |
| 2 tsp | Olive oil |
Preheat the oven to 375. Remove the skin from the chicken and roll the chicken in yogurt, coating the chicken liberally. Then roll it in the seasoned bread crumbs. Place the coated chicken on a lightly oiled baking dish. Drizzle with the olive oil and bake for 45 minutes.
