Curried Chicken

Ingredients

1.5 cups Cubed, cooked chicken (12 ounces)
3/4 cup Plain yogurt
1 tbsp Curry powder
1/2 cup Sliced red grapes
1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Preparation

Toss the cubed chicken with mayonnaise and yogurt. sprinkle with curry; fold until well blended. Stir in the grapes. Serve on lettuce or in pita bread.

3 servings; 1/4 milk, 1 fat, 1 fruit, and 3 protein per serving.
