| 1.5 cups | Broccoli, cut into 1 inch pieces |
| 1/2 cup | Carrot chunks |
| 2 tbsp | Italian dressing |
Steam the vegetables for 5 minutes. Or sprinkle the vegetables with water and microwave covered in a microwave-safe dish for 3 minutes at full power, then stir and cook 1 minute more.
Put the cooked vegetables in a bowl and toss with the salad dressing. Serve warm or chilled.
