Quick, easy asian meal
1 pound Steak
1 can Bamboo shoots
1 can Water chestnuts
1 can Bean sprouts
1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Snap peas
1 cup Sliced mushrooms
1 tsp Ground ginger
1 1/2 cups Teriyaki sauce
3-4 cups Cooked rice
Marinate steak in teriyaki sauce at least 2 hours before cooking. Saute beef in wok or large frying pan. When about half way done add vegetables. Stir frequently and cook thoroughly. Serve with rice.
The longer the marinade time, the wider your beef selection can become. Use more premium cuts with lower soak time. Can also substitute chicken or pork.
