This yummy side dish is a great way to get your veggies.
1 bunch Carrots
3 Yellow onions
2 tablespoons Butter
1 tablespoon Olive oil
Cut carrots into matchsticks. Cut onions into medium sized rings. Saute in butter and oil on low heat until vegetables reach desired tenderness.
