Ingredients

7-10 Gala apples

1 (8 ounce) package Softened cream cheese

1 cup Light sour cream

1/4 cup Light brown sugar

16 ounces Caramel sauce

1 tsp Cinnamon

1/4 cup Chopped walnuts

Preparation

Mix together the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and brown sugar. Spread on bottom of a serving bowl

Heat in microwave for 30 seconds

about 16 ounces caramel sauce (found in vegetable section of grocery store). Pour caramel sauce and cinnamon on top of cream cheese mixture.

Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top of caramel sauce.

Core and slice 7-10 Gala apples and dip in Sprite so that the apples will not turn brown.

Place tip of each apple slice into the caramel/cream cheese mixture so that the apple stands up vertically.

Cook's Notes

You can substitute melted chocolate for the carmel.
