1/2 cup Confectioners' sugar
1/4 cup Mayonnaise or salad dressing
4 Celery ribs, sliced
2 Small apples, chopped
1 10 oz Can salted cashews
In a bowl, combine confectioners' sugar and mayonnaise until smooth. Stir in the celery, apples and cashews. Serve immediately.
