2 cups Flour
1 tsp. Baking soda
2 tsp. Baking powder
2 tbs. Brown sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
2 Eggs (fluff the whites)
1 3/4 cup Milk
1/4 cup Vegetable oil
Mix all ingredents together. Heat a well greased skillet. Pour batter into skillet a cook till both sides are done. Enjoy with your favorite syrup.
