Nothing warms the soul like a cup of hot chocolate.
2 tbsp Sugar
2 or 3 tsp Hershey's cocoa
1 cup Milk
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract
Dash salt
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave at high 1 1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add milk to cocoa misture; stir well. Stir in vanilla.
Try this with homemade marshmallows- or buy homemade ones- at speciality food stores.

Every morning I fix my gal a cup of hot chocolate. She's very picky and only likes her hot chocolate made from my own mix recipe. Until now. I was out of mix and found this recipe in a search. Two cups later she was asking for more... too bad I ran out of milk.

This is the cocoa that my "GG" and my mom, both made for me and that I made for my own children and can't wait to make for my new grandchild. It always brings back good memories.
