Capellini with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Weight Watchers Getting Started Week 1

5 Weight Watchers points per serving

Ingredients

5 To 6 tomatoes, chopped

1 Onion, chopped

1/2 cup Chopped basil

1/4 cup Red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Olive oil

3 Garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp Sugar

9 oz Capellini

1/4 cup Grated parmesan cheese

Preparation

1. In a large no-reactive bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, basil, vinegar, oil, garlic, and sugar. Let stand, covered, at least 4 hours.


2. Meanwhile cook the capellini according to package directions; drain and place in a large serving bowl. Top with sauce; toss to combine.


Serve, sprinkled with the cheese.
