1 Small apple
3 tbsp Water
1 tbsp Cinnamon & sugar mixture
1 cup Light vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup Crushed whole grain ready to eat cereal
Pare, core, and dice apple then in nonstick skillet combine apple, water, cinnamon and sugar; cook until apple is soft. Cool. Alternating layers, spoon apple mixture, yogurt, and cereal into glass bowl.
