This is great for picnics and barbeques as an excellent alternative to the traditional cole slaw
Salad:
2 cups Grated carrots
2 Apples, grated
1 Small can crushed pineapple, drained
2/3 cup Raisins
1/2 cup Slivered almonds
Dressing:
8 oz. Lemon yogurt
1/4 cup Mayonaise
1 tbsp Honey
Mix the salad ingredients together and chill. Just before serving, toss with the dressing.
Mix dressing together in a small bowl and chill before tossing on salad.
