This is an all time favorite at all family gatherings. I have worked on it for a year, and finally feel like it can't get any better!

Ingredients

5 cups Refried Beans

2 8 oz. Pkgs. cream cheese

1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup Sour cream

2 tblsp. Milk

2 tblsp. Red chile powder

2 tsp. Garlic salt

1 tsp. Pepper

1/4 tsp. Dried ground oregano

1 cup Chopped tomatoes

1 Lrg. can olives, sliced

7 Green onions sliced thin

1/2 Lime juiced

Preparation

Spread beans in bottom of 9x13" baking dish. In mixer whip together cream cheese, sour cream, milk, chile powder, garlic salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and oregano. Spread mixture over beans and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. While that is baking, mix your tomatoes, olives, onions and lime juice. Top the bean dip just before serving. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Cook's Notes

Homemade leftover refried beans taste best, but canned can be substituted!
