Easy, low fat, yummy way to prepare chicken! Best grilled.
4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Plain non-fat yogurt
1/4 cup Skim milk
1/2 package Hidden Valley Ranch Ranch Dressing Mix
Combine yogurt, milk and ranch mix, mix well. Put chicken in plastic sealable bag, pour yogurt mixture over it. Seal and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
Grill over medium flame 20 minutes, or until done, turning once.

The chicken was O.K. prepared as is. I took a little sour cream and added some of the leftover package of ranch mix to spoon on top of the chicken...that tasted better than the chicken on its own. I will probably make this again sometime.

I just marinated the chicken in light ranch dressing and then grilled the chicken. My husband seemed to really enjoy it and he does not like chicken too much.
